I. PAYMENT

Payment must be made before the commission is finished. Refunds are not available after the commission is a quarter of the way complete.

  • Payment must be made through paypal for venmo. Rewards such as in-game currency or gift cards are not accepted.

  • Prices are listed in USD, and thus if you make your payment in a different currency, it must equal the price is USD.

If a commissioner continues to purchase and refund commissions as a repeated pattern, the commissioner will be blacklisted from purchasing commissions forever.

Additional costs (as displayed on the commission price sheet) can be made depending on the complexity of the character drawn. Examples of complex character designs prone to additional costs are below:

II. PROCESS AND UPDATES

The commisioner reserves the right to ask for a work in progress at any stage of the drawings' process. A refund is not available after the commission is a quarter of the way complete, HOWEVER if an emergency occurs and I cannot complete your commission I will give a full refund if desired

I am a college student, and thus turnaround rate estimates can vary depending on when the commission is made. If you purchase your commission during a exam-heavy period in the semester, the process may take longer.

II. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

To ensure satisfaction, communication must occur and frequent updates will be given.

Please provide me with a proper reference sheet or a fullbody piece of the character you wish to receive artwork for. If the reference is not complete and thus cannot be used to properly illustrate a character, I will deny your commission.

Commissioners reserve rights to their original characters (unless they do not belong to the commissioner of course), and the right to their purchased artwork under these conditions:

  • Do not feed my artowork into an AI art generator. IT WILL NOT WORK. ALL ART IS AI PROOFED ON PURPOSE.

  • Feel free to edit the piece however you wish via. filters, collages, etc.

  • Do not use the artwork for commercial purposes unless discussed beforehand.
